The BNSF must have fixed them as they are clearly working here but under FRA rules, the conductor must get out of the cab and flag all crossings that are marked exepmt. In the City of Monticello, all crossings are exempt. |

This is the first train the city has seen in almost a year. May of 2010 was the last train to make an appearance and before that it was a 3 year gap and a 9 year gap in between trains.
